Planet Cazmo was a Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game involving a virtual world containing a range of online games and activities, developed by Planet Cazmo, LLC (in affiliation with Pileated Pictures). Players use 3D avatars and the virtual world is set on an alien planet. The game beta tested November 3, 2007, through December 12, 2008. While regular game play is free, revenue is predominantly raised through paid memberships which allow players to access a range of additional features. By 2010 Planet Cazmo had more than 2 million registered users.
